Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Between The Cheeks, I understand that plans can change. To be fair to all my clients and to respect the value of my time, I have a simple refund policy in place:

• Full Refund: If you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before your scheduled treatment, you will receive a full refund of your deposit paid.

​

• No Refund: If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, or fail to attend (no-show), unfortunately, no refund will be given of your deposit or any other treatments costs already paid.

I appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you need to reschedule, please get in touch as early as possible.
