Terms & Conditions

By booking a treatment with Between The Cheeks, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be booked in advance via my website or agreed communication channels.

  • You may cancel your appointment at any time, but:

    • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours or failure to attend your appointment will not be refunded.

  • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

2. Client Conduct

  • Clients are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately at all times. Lewd, suggestive, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session.

  • Between The Cheeks provides a professional male waxing service.

3. Health & Safety

  • Please arrive freshly showered and with clean skin.

  • Let me know of any skin conditions, allergies, infections, recent surgeries, or other relevant medical concerns before your treatment.

  • If you’re unwell (especially with contagious conditions), please reschedule for everyone’s safety.

4. Personal Data

  • Your personal data is handled with confidentiality and in accordance with UK GDPR laws. I will never share your details without your consent.

5. Age Restrictions

  • You must be 18 or over to receive intimate waxing services. Proof of age will be required if you are lucky enough to look younger than 21.

6. Right to Refuse Service

  • I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if a client’s behaviour or condition is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or in breach of these terms.

7. Changes to Terms

  • These terms and conditions may be updated at any time. The most recent version will always be available on my website.
